Our assessment includes executive interviews, creation of a baseline assessment, trend and ratio analyses with industry benchmarking, review of strategic plans including historical and projected IT Lifecycle, organization effectiveness and business model effectiveness analysis, review of the business Key Performance Initiatives (KPI) and Critical Success Factors (CSF), evaluation of the value of a service, and a written report and presentation summarizing our findings and providing recommendations.
