ITIL® 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value

The ITIL 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value (DSV) course focuses on all types of engagement and interaction between a service provider and their customers, users, suppliers, and partners. Over three days, you'll explore the key concepts of customer journey mapping, stakeholder relationships, and value co-creation. The course covers how to design and shape demand, onboard and offboard customers and users, act together to ensure continual value co-creation, and realize and validate service value. DSV is one of four modules required for the ITIL 4 Managing Professional designation. It's ideal for relationship managers, account managers, service delivery managers, service desk managers, and anyone responsible for managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring value realization from IT services.
