He holds the ITIL 4 Master, ITILv3 Expert, PMP, PMI-ACP, Professional Scrum Master, CRISC, and CISA certifications, along with credentials from Microsoft, Cisco, and CompTIA. Chris delivers engaging, real-world training across the full ITIL 4 certification path and PMP exam prep, drawing on decades of hands-on industry experience.

Denis Esslinger

Senior ITIL Instructor

Denis Esslinger brings over 25 years of IT experience with proven success in both corporate and non-profit organizations. He is a certified ITIL Expert and Service Manager who excels at developing sound strategies and implementing people-focused processes to improve the quality and reduce the cost of IT services. Denis is a highly accomplished, results-oriented team builder recognized as the 2005 itSMF Member of the Year, and he chaired their 2005, 2007, and 2011 conferences. He has been delivering ITIL classes for over seven years.

Bill Muskopf

Senior ITIL Instructor

Bill Muskopf has over 30 years of IT experience and is a certified ITIL Expert and ITIL 4 Managing Professional. He is accomplished in information gathering, data analysis, and information systems support. Bill has captured business processes and translated them into requirements for simulation-based test environments, reducing software development life cycles in large healthcare organizations. He has overseen training plan creation for service management software implementations and managed matrixed teams for ITIL Problem Management Process design and delivery.

Bill Lipiczky is an information security and ITIL professional with extensive experience as an IT consultant, author, and technical trainer.
