Michelle Alex’s journey into the IT industry began in the late 1980s during the era of IT services giants like IBM, EDS, and Computer Sciences Corporation. Spending 27 years at EDS, she started as a business and systems analyst, learning how systems operate and how to optimize them for customer success.
Her passion for ITIL training and IT professional development grew as she embraced every learning opportunity. With certifications including ITIL 3 and ITIL 4 Master, PMP®, CGEIT, COBIT, and PROSCI, Michelle focuses on helping IT professionals apply knowledge in practical ways.
“For me, it’s all about continual improvement—helping others grow their skills so they can contribute meaningfully to their organizations,” Michelle shares.
